Average nucleotide identity

The average nucleotide identity (ANI) of all pairwise comparisons of ScRAPdb strains are shown in the heatmap below, with the exact value of ANI reflected by different colors. Hierarchical clustering was further applied based on these ANI values. The exact comparison pairs (the x-axis and y-axis values) and their corresponding ANI value (the z-axis value) can be obtained by hovering the mouse on top of the heatmap.
